Rules for the carriage of passengers on international bus routes ALC "Orion-Auto"

The following rules for the carriage of passengers on international bus routes are drawn up on the basis of and in accordance with applicable laws, generally accepted local customs and norms of decent behavior in force in the territories of countries through which the international routes of the Carrier`s scheduled buses pass and are binding on the Carrier and the Passenger.

1. Conditions for purchasing tickets.

1.1. The ticket is a nominal document for travel by bus and cannot be transferred to another person, valid until the date and hour of departure, entered in the ticket.

1.2. A ticket is a Contract of Carriage concluded between a passenger and a carrier, on the basis of which the passenger is entitled to use the vehicle and related services solely in relation to the trip specified in the ticket.

1.3. By paying for the ticket, the passenger confirms that he is familiar with the conditions for purchasing tickets and the conditions for the carriage of passengers on this flight.

1.4. When receiving a ticket, the passenger must check the correctness of the data indicated on it, as well as the compliance of the ticket price with the amount paid. Later claims are not satisfied.

1.5. If a passenger fails to appear for the departure of the bus from the point of departure indicated on the ticket and at the time indicated on the ticket, the Contract for the provision of transportation services is considered terminated at the initiative of the passenger, and the carrier reserves the right to resell his seat on the bus.

1.6. The date of departure can be changed free of cvharge 2 (two) times. All changes must be entered into the ticket and confirmed by the seal of the company entering the changes. Changing the date of departure is possible only if there is a free seat on the bus. Change of departure station or destination station within the same flight is free of charge plus additional payment of the difference in price. The overpayment is non-refundable.

1.7. When changing the departure date, the passenger must pay the difference between the original and the new ticket price, if the ticket on the transfer date is more expensive. If the cost of a ticket for the rescheduled date is lower than the cost of the previous one, the difference in cost will not be refunded to the passenger.

1.8. If the ticket is lost before it was sent, it can be restored at the place of purchase for an additional fee.

1.9. A passenger who has bought an on-line electronic ticket (e-ticket) can print it on paper in 2 copies and present it when boarding the bus. If it is not possible to print it, it is enough to show the ticket on the screen of your phone or tablet.

2. General conditions.

2.1. The passenger must arrive for boarding no later than 30 minutes before the departure of the bus. If the boarding is late, the passenger is responsible.

2.2. The passenger is obliged to present the ticket for control simultaneously with the passport, in case of a discount, with the document on the basis of which the discount was made. In the absence of a document confirming the validity of the discount, the passenger has the right to use the trip only after paying extra to the standard (without discount) ticket price.

2.3. The passenger must keep the ticket until the end of the flight.

2.4. The passenger is obliged to present the ticket to the person with the authority of the controller at his first request.

2.5. The passenger must have a valid passport, be informed about the customs regulations of the countries of destination.

2.6. Children and youth under 16 years of age can only travel if accompanied by an adult.

2.7. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to sit in the seats next to the drivers, i.e. numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4.

2.8. When stopping, the passenger must return to the bus in time. The duration of stops is announced by the driver or stewardess. After this time, the bus moves, and the late passenger continues the route on his own without travel compensation.

2.9. The carrier is not responsible to the passenger for the correct execution and availability of documents allowing the passenger to cross the borders of the countries of the route. If the Passenger does not have the necessary documents for the right to cross the border, violation of customs rules, etc. The Passenger reimburses the Carrier for all losses associated with the absence of such documents and violation of customs rules, in particular, but not exclusively, the fines of the regulatory authorities of both Ukrainian and other countries imposed on the Carrier, fines, demurrage expenses, financial claims of other passengers on the relevant flight, expenses for provision of legal assistance to the Carrier, etc.

2.10. The carrier is not responsible for violation of customs or emigration rules by the passenger.

2.11. If a passenger violates visa regimes (expiration of visas, replacement of a passport with another document, etc.), the carrier reserves the right not to carry the passenger. Cash compensation to the passenger for an unused ticket is not paid.

2.12. In the event that the passenger does not comply with customs and border of the rules and will be delayed at the border and this will lead to a flight delay, the bus crew has the right to leave the border without a passenger according to the bus schedule and without compensation for the fare.

2.13. According to the Law of Ukraine dated 07.04.2011 No. "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the Responsibility of Carriers Carrying out International Passenger Transportation". When carrying out passenger international road transportation, the road carrier is obliged, before starting such transportation, to check the presence, but not the authenticity, of the passengers of the documents required for entry into the states of destination, states along the route, and refuse transportation to passengers who, at his request, did not present the necessary documents . During international road transport, a passenger is obliged to have duly executed documents necessary for entry into the states of destination, states along the route, and present them to the road carrier at his request. Refusal by the road carrier of international road transport to a passenger who, at the request of the road carrier, did not present the documents necessary for entry into the state of destination, the state along the route, does not entail the obligation of the road carrier to compensate the passenger for the damage caused in this regard.

2.14. According to the law on the protection of personal data, the carrier does not provide information about passengers.

2.15. The carrier is not responsible for delays during the movement and untimely arrival at the stations of the route, if this resulted in circumstances independent of it (including delays at border crossings, weather conditions, traffic jams, actions of government agencies, repair work on roads, etc.). etc., the actions of the passengers themselves, which influenced the fulfillment of these circumstances) and other reasons (technical problems that arose with the bus during the movement, which could not be prevented by the carrier company, despite all the measures taken).

2.16. The bus schedule does not provide time for Tax Free registration.

2.17. The carrier has the right to change the timetable, use additional buses and change the seat of the passenger in the bus without the prior consent and notification of the passenger.

2.18. If the carrier fails to provide additional services (including serving warm drinks, light snacks, newspapers, magazines, watching movies, Wi-Fi, Internet connections, 220V, pillows, blankets, toilet, air conditioning, etc.), the passenger is not entitled to a refund.

2.19. The carrier has the right to install video surveillance systems in the interior of the vehicle (bus) to ensure round-the-clock safety of passengers, in accordance with the United Nations Geneva Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, the Council of Europe Convention on Measures to Combat International Terrorism and Trafficking in Human Beings.

2.20. The carrier has the right:
• limit or stop transportation in the event of a natural disaster, epidemic, epizootic or other emergency;
• stop the movement of the vehicle (bus) in case of a threat to the life and health of passengers;

2.21. All passenger complaints related to passenger service on the flight are accepted for consideration if they are stated in a written application within 1 month from the date of travel or flight. Each claim must be accompanied by a ticket or a photocopy of it, as well as all invoices documenting the costs that may have been incurred by the passenger in connection with the submitted claim.

2.22. The time limit for responding to complaints, complaints and claims related to the performance of the contract for carriage is no more than 30 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. If complaints are forwarded to foreign partner companies, the response waiting period may be extended up to 60 days.

3. Landing

3.1. The passenger must arrive for boarding at least 30 minutes prior to departure. Having handed over his luggage to the luggage compartment, the passenger must present all the necessary documents and hand luggage to the representative of the company, who, in turn, will indicate the seat that the passenger will take on the bus. Places are indicated only by the carrier company. Seats given by any other firm are not valid. Having taken your seat, please do not get off the bus so as not to interfere with the landing.

3.2. For safety reasons, the company does not allow other people to enter the bus, except for the passenger himself, so we advise you to say goodbye before boarding begins.

4. Behavior on the bus.

4.1. We kindly ask you to carefully use the equipment of the bus, to prevent its damage. Otherwise, the passenger is liable for the damage caused to the vehicle.

4.2. When driving in the cabin of the bus, it is forbidden to smoke, consume alcoholic beverages and drugs. If these requirements are not met, the carrier reserves the right to remove the passenger from the flight without monetary compensation.

4.3. The bus crew may refuse to transport a passenger in a state of intoxication, contaminated clothing, and also if, by his actions, he interferes with the peace of other passengers or creates a danger to travelers.

4.4. It is strictly forbidden to walk around the cabin and stand in the aisles while the bus is moving.

4.5. During the trip, it is forbidden to put your feet on the seat, lie on the seats or the floor of the bus.

4.6. In case the bus is equipped with seat belts Safety, the Passenger must fasten them and use them for their intended purpose. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the imposition of a monetary penalty directly on the Passenger.

4.7. You can use boiling water only with the permission of the driver or stewardess during a stop in order to avoid accidents.

4.8. During the trip we offer you watching movies and listening to music. We ask you to be sympathetic to the diversity of views and tastes.

4.9. Garbage must be placed in individual bags and thrown into the trash bins at parking lots.

4.10. During bus stops, before you leave your seat, make sure your seat back is in an upright position, the table is closed and the footrest is removed.

4.11. It is strictly forbidden to distract the driver while driving.

4.12. Passengers who violated the rules of conduct on the bus will be disembarked without compensation for the fare.

5.Refund for unused trip.

5.1. Money for an unused trip is returned exclusively by the company from which the ticket was purchased.

5.2. The basis for a refund is a form (ticket) with all tear-off coupons.

5.3. Money for unused return trip is non-refundable.

5.4. A passenger who does not show up or is late is not entitled to a refund of the ticket price.

5.5. In case of cancellation of the trip, the passenger has the right to a refund of the ticket price minus the ticket office fee. When returning a ticket, the following fee is charged:
• more than 48 hours before departure - 25% of the ticket price;
• more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours before departure - 50% of the ticket price;
• less than 24 hours but more than 2 hours before departure - 75% of the ticket price;
• less than 2 hours before departure - 100% of the ticket price.

6. Carriage of luggage and animals.

6.1. One passenger is entitled to free transportation:
◦ 1 (one) piece of baggage no larger than 60x40x40 cm, with a total weight of up to 30 kg. If baggage is larger than 60x40x40cm and weighs more than 30 kg, it will be transported if there is free space in the baggage compartment and for an additional fee.
◦ 1 (one) piece of hand luggage weighing up to 5kg. Hand luggage is considered to be an easily portable bag that can be placed in a place under the seat or above the passenger seat. The passenger is responsible for hand luggage during the flight. The carrier is not responsible for hand luggage.

6.2. Additional baggage is carried if there is free space in the luggage compartment of the bus, for which a fee is charged. Additional baggage must not exceed the size and weight of the main baggage. The free space in the luggage compartment is determined by the driver at the time of boarding, taking into account the total number of passengers on the bus, distribution by city and other factors.

6.3. The carrier is responsible only for the baggage that was accepted for transportation, that is, the passenger was issued a document (baggage tag, sticker, etc.) confirming the acceptance of the baggage.

6.4. The Carrier shall not be liable for any damage to easily breaking, quickly perishable, quickly perishable, improperly packed, valuable (money, documents, electronic and technical means, etc.) things transported in the luggage compartment of the bus.

6.5. The Carrier shall not be liable for minor or superfi

cial damage to checked baggage carried in the luggage compartment of the bus, in particular for broken wheels and handles, lost harness straps and minor damage such as cuts, scratches, kinks or stains resulting from normal wear and tear and use. when traveling.

6.6. Oversized baggage (refrigerators, TVs, sofas, etc.) is not transported.

6.7. Bicycles are transported in the luggage compartment of the bus if there is free space. For bicycles transported in this way, the front wheel must be removed and packed separately. The bike must also be packed. A disassembled and packed bicycle is counted as two pieces of luggage. A transported bicycle (even a used one) must have a document (receipt, etc.) confirming its purchase.

6.8. The carrier is liable for lost or damaged baggage in the luggage compartment of the bus only if it happened through the fault of the carrier, which is proved by the passenger, but not more than 100 US dollars per person, provided that the application is submitted no later than 10 days from the date of departure of the bus.

6.9. It is forbidden to transport baggage that endangers the safety or health of other passengers, may damage other baggage or the vehicle.

6.10. The carrier is not responsible for the loss by the passenger of money, jewelry, passports, securities, collectibles, items of scientific value and other valuables that are not in the luggage compartment of the bus.

6.11. Transportation of animals is possible only with the written consent of the carrier company and for a fee. Any animal weighing up to 5 kg is transported on a separate ticket. Transportation of animals is possible only in a specially designed box (container, cage, etc.) and in the presence of international permits. The cost of transportation is 50% of the cost of travel without providing a seat (in the legs, on the arms) and 100% of the cost with the provision of a seat.

6.12. Transportation of plants or oversized luggage is possible only with the written consent of the carrier company and for a fee.

6.13. A passenger who, during peak hours (June-August, during the New Year holidays from 15.12-15.01 and two weeks before the Easter holidays) has an excessive amount of luggage that cannot be placed in the luggage compartment of the bus, refuses to travel, loses the right to a refund of the ticket price. We advise you to transfer luggage in advance, when the buses are less busy.

6.14. The carrier is not responsible for the storage of items and luggage left on the bus. If possible, the found things are transferred to the local representative office of the carrier company.

6.15. The bus attendants have the right, in case of doubt, as well as to ensure the safety of the trip and comply with customs regulations, to require the passenger to show the contents of the luggage. If the passenger refuses to comply with this requirement, the bus staff has the right to refuse the passenger to carry suspicious baggage.

7. In the event of a flight disruption by the carrier, the passenger is entitled to one of the following options.

7.1. To travel on the nearest flight of the carrier or its partner to the destination.

7.2. For a refund of the cost of a ticket for a road that was not traveled.

7.3. Upon mutual agreement, the carrier will transport the passenger to the destination station on the next flight at its own expense.
